INVITATION TO BID SCOPE OF WORK: 1.0 The specificatior/ Contract is intended Io cover execution ofcivil work for "Construction ofboundary wall (balance part) with earth protection wall,one Culvert,one main gate and 20 mtr. approach road at Ramnagar 33/l I KV Sub-Station,Contai (D) Division.", including R.C.C. work, dismantling of structure where necessary ,with supply of all materials, labour, equipment's etc . and any other works required for completion ofthe work in all respect as per technical specification, schedule ofworks and approved drawings. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA OF THE BIDDERS: 2.0 2.1 Technical: The bidder must have successful experience for conslruction of similar nature ofwork having value not less than Rs.20 (Twenty) Lakh in a single order during last five years. 2.2 Commercial & Financial: 2.2.1 . The annual tumover ofthe bidder shall be Rs. 60 ( Sixty) Lakh in the financial years 2010-l I, 2001 I -12,2012-13 for the said work. 2.2.2. The working capital and credit facility taken together either for 2012-13 or 2013-14 shall be minimum Rs. l5 (Fifteen) Lakh. P-3 of5 - 2.3 The bidder must include following documents to substantiate the quali0/ing requirement such as: 2.3.1. Total momentary value of similar work performed by the bidder in last five years (copies oforder and completion certificate 1o be enclosed). 2.3.2. Experience in similar work performed by the bidder in the last five years and details of work underway or contractually committed and clients who may be contacted for further information on this contract. 2.3.3. Major items of construction equipment proposed to carry out the contract. 2.3.4. Information regarding any litigation, cunent or during last five years in which the bidder is involved, the parties concemed and the disputed amount. 2.3.5.
