DD/Banker's Cheque in favour of Sr. Accounts Officer (EA&Cash), RVPN, Jyoti Nagar, Jaipur.
The prescribed Tender Processing Fee (non-refundable) of Rs. 1,000/- (One Thousand Only)

executed at least two (2) circuit breaker bays {*} of 220 kV class or above during last 7
(Seven Years) in lndia as on the date of bid opening and which must be in satisfactory
operation at-least for a period of 1 (one) year as on the date of bid opening.

JOINT VENTURE FlRtrlrlS:
1. l'n case a bid is submitted by a Joint Venture (JV) [up to two firnrs only as partners],
Joint venture shall rneet collectively all the requirernent of Clause No. 1.1 & '1.2 above.
The fignrre of average annual turnover and liquid assets/credit facilities for each of the
partners of the JV shall be added together to determinre the JV's compliance with the
minimum qualifying criteria set out in Clause 1.2 above. However, for a JV to be
quatified, the partner(s) of JV rnust also rneet the followinrg rninirnum criteria:
i)
The lead partnen shall rneet Clause No. 1"1 as above and not less than 50% of
the minimunr criteria given at Clause 1.2 above.
The other partner of the Joint Venture shall be rnanufactuner of 400 kV Circuit
Ereaker with the experience as defined in the Clause 1.1 above and shall meet
not less than 25% of the rninirnum critenia given at Clause No. 1.2.

The other partnen of the Joint Venture shall be rnanufaciurer of IEC-61850 based
C&R Panels with the experience as defined inr the Clause 1.1 above and shatrl
meet not less than 25o/o af the minimurn criteria given at Clause lrlo. 1.2.

A firnr can be a partner in only one joint venture; bids subrnitted by Joint Ventune
including the sarne firrn as partner will be rejected.
Failure to cornply with these requirements as above will result in nejection of the joint
ventune's bid.
