Tenderer should submit the following documents along with tender failing which tender will be summarily rejected Copies of a) Trade License b) Vat Registration Cerlificate c) PTC Certificates. 2. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of Rs. 5000/- in the form of deposit at Call/ Draft in favour of Chief Executive Officer, Society for TMC & Dr. BRAM Teaching Hospiial, Hapania, Agartala on any nationalized bank is to be deposited along with tender. EMD which will be treated as security deposit in case of successful bidder and will be released after the warranty period is over. Unless the same is forfeited and for unsuccessful bidder it will be released after finaltzation of tender 3. Rate should be clearly typed both in words & figures against each item 4. Tenderer should mention the name of Manufacturer/ Company 5. Warranty period minimum should be 02 (two) years 6. F.O.R Door Delivery & Delivery period should be mentioned. 7. 1% penalty will be charged for every week of delay or a part thereof for maximum a period of 15 (Fifteen) days after stipulated date of supply. 8. Society reserves the right to cancel any quotation even of the lowest one without showing any reason.
