Place on website- www.eproc.gov.in 10. Project scope & work To undertake the Construction /Improvement of road which mainly includes widening and / or strengthening other related & specific work. The scope & work also includes the ordinary maintenance work, Periodic maintenance and emergency work of the road /roads after construction/Improvement. The maintenance work will also include cross drainage work, minor work on bridges and road side maintenance within the selected road limits. The ordinary maintenance work will be carried out under output and performance based road maintenance on lump sum basis paid monthly. Construction /Improvement work will be paid on the basis of item wise actual quantity of work completed, periodic maintenance will be paid as measured quantity to the value of the lump sum. There is a requirement of specialized maintenance equipment and the contract obligation is for continuous output over a period of 60 months (excluding time required for periodic maintenance to be done after 48 months from completion of construction/improvement work) 11.
