The tender shall be for the full quantity of all item(s) as described in the package-I & II in the schedule of requirement and specification at annexure- I. The format for price bid is specified in annexure- II, which should be used at the time of submission of tender. Corrections, if any, shall be made by crossing out, initialing, dating and rewriting. 2. The quoted rates shall include the excise duty and the bidder’s cost towards delivery & installation at consignee places, insurance, packing & forwarding, transportation and delivery charges to JSLPS State Office located at Radium Road, Ranchi. 3. Any changes/amendment in the tender will be published in the website and notice board of JSLPS, the prospective bidders may verify the notice board or website of JSLPS before submit the quotations. 4. Sales Tax/VAT and any other local taxes should be clearly mentioned separately in terms of percentage/in figures in the price sheet. 5. Each bidder shall submit only one bid and alternative bid or conditional offers shall not be accepted. 6. Tender submitted though e-mail/fax shall not be taken into consideration. 7. The bidders will submit their tender along with the leaflets/bouchers or certificate; if any of the products quoted. 8. Tenders shall remain valid for a period not less than 45 days from the date of opening of the bid. 9. Notwithstanding the above, the purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject any bid(s) and to cancel the bidding process at any time prior to the issue of Purchase Order. 10. The purchaser reserves the right at the time of placement of purchase order to increase or decrease the required quantity up to 20% depending upon the demand and supply situation at the time of place of supply order. 11. The delivery & installation should be completed within 20 days from the date of receipt of the purchase order. 12. Any delay by the supplier in the delivery of the items shall render the supplier liable to be charged liquidated damages @ 0.5% per week or part thereof subject to a maximum of 10% of purchase order value which will be deducted from the payment due. 13. Payment will be made after complete supply as per the specification in support of bills in duplicate along installation report. 14. Eligibility criteria:  Copy of VAT Registration certificate..  Rate should be quoted as per the format.  Single price for each item.  Alternative price/conditional offer shall not be accepted.  Boucher/leaflets of the quoted products; if any. 15. The bids are liable to be rejected if any of the above conditions is not complied with. 16. Issue of Purchase Order. The Purchase Order will be placed to the selected bidder, whose bids has been determined to be substantially responsive and who has offered the lowest responsive package price. The terms of the accepted offer shall be incorporated in the purchase order 17. Any effort by a bidder to influence the purchaser in its decision on bid evaluation or placement of purchase order may result in rejection of the bidder’s offer. 18. The tender will be opened in the conference hall of JSLPS at 16.00 hours on the last date specified for submission of tender in presence of the bidders or their authorized representative. 19. Any legal dispute arising out of this is subject to Ranchi jurisdiction only. 20.
