Notice for inviting quotation for disposal of scrap materials of
D.N.De Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital
Quotations in sealed cover is invited from the reputed Purchaser those who are capable (as stated in
the bid) to lift scrap "as is where is" basis for different items.
Sealed Original Bid Document with requisite enclosures should be dropped in the tender box
earmarked at Office for the purpose on 26/12/2014 upto 14:00 hours and will be opened at 15:00
hours on 26/12/2014 at the office of the undersigned.
The decision of the selection committee is final and its reserves the right to accept or reject any
tender (H1, H2 or H3) without showing any reason.

Terms & Condition in connection with submission of quotation for disposal of MATERIALS “AS IS WHERE
IS BASIS” in response to the Notice inviting quotation Ref. No. DHC/Estt-440/09/ 801 /14, Dated: 16-122014.The quotation should be addressed to the Administrator, D.N.De Homoeopathic Medical College &
Hospital. The Sealed envelope should bear the following identification: “QUOTATION FOR disposal items in
response to the quotation Ref. No. DHC/Estt-440/09/ 801 /14, Dated: 16-12-2014.
1.
The rates should be quoted both in figures and words including lifting and labour charges from the
Hospital. No deduction of quoted rate in any circumstances.
2.
Photo copy of following documents should be furnished along with bid document. Otherwise the
tender will be treated as cancelled.
a. Valid Trade Licence
b. PAN of Income Tax
c. Experience in purchase of such type of materials in Govt./Semi Govt. organization
(Experience certificate/Sale order from the competent authority must be submitted)

Bid document should be signed by the authorized signatory with rubber stamp in all pages.
4.
Each bidder should submit accordingly one bid/rate. The bidders who submit more than one bid or
rate for similar item (one item) will be disqualified and each item should be quoted in double
space typed single rate both in figures and words [No hand written rate will be accepted].
5.
The rate should be quoted as per proforma given in the bid document. Bidders should follow the
said proforma, otherwise it will be treated as cancelled.

Bid document will be available from the office of the , Administrator,D.N.De Homoeopathic
medical college & hospital till 26/12/2014 during office hours. The sealed bid/tender must be
received in the office of the undersigned within 14:00 hours of 26/12/2014 and tender will open
on 10/05/2013 at 15:00 hours.
7.
The authority will not take any liabilities/irregularities in quotationer regard. No TA/DA is
allowed.

Interested bidder may inspect the goods AS IS WHERE IS in the site along with the store officer,
D.N.De Homoeopathic medical college & hospital on and from 17/12/14 - 24/12/14 the stipulated
period. Bidder should submit the rate after proper inspection and assessment of rate.

The sold items / materials including all shall be lifted by THE Buyer at their own expenses from
THE Sellers premises against full payment and on the same day after “Release Order” issued by
THE Seller, i.e. the order issued to the THE Buyer to lift the materials, failing which the “Release
Order” shall be terminated by the board and the board shall entertain no claim, grievance or
grudge on this account.
13.
Lifting of goods AS IS WHERE IS BASIS should be through own network FROM THE
HOSPITAL. Lifting pack should be in healthy conditions.
14.
Bidder may be black listed if any disorganization in respect of such lifting goods.
15.
Any quotationer received (by Post) after the deadline will be rejected and returned unopened to
the bidder.

quotationer should submit documentary previous evidence “Satisfactory Completion Certificate”
along with respective work order/sale copy which was issued by the respective authority.
17.
The successful bidder will be bound to lift the items on accepted fixed rate contract basis
irrespective of any change in price. Any wilful delay on the part of the purchaser in supplying
articles within the stipulated period will be liable to any liquidated damages.
18.
Information relating to evaluation of quotation and recommendation for the award of contract
shall not be disclosed to the bidders or any other person not officially concerned with the process
until award to the successful bidder is announced.
19.
The quotation will be opened at the office of the undersigned before the condemnation disposal
board of this institute. the condemnation disposal board of this institute.In presence of the
quotationer or their authorized representatives who choose to attend on the date and time as
specified.
20.
The bidder should inspect the materials “ as is where is basis” before or on 24/12/2014 within
10.00 hours to 14.00 hours in any working days .
21.
The rate will be unchanged till validity of date. No escalation will be considered in any cases.
22.
The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation and to cancel the bidding process
and reject all the quotation at any time prior to award of contract without assigning any reason
thereof.
23.
The sale order will be issued on the basis of recommendation of the condemnation disposal board
of this institute.
24.
All terms & conditions as mentioned above will have to be accepted by the quotationer(s) and no
condition stipulated by the quotationer will be accepted.
The above terms & conditions are read carefully and accepted by me/our Firm to the best of my
knowledge.
