General Manager (R–APDRP) Santosh\NIT\Bokaro\Tender Notice Bokaro/1 GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: 1. The Technical-cum-Commercial and Price bid should be up loaded on JBVNL e-tender portal before 26/08/2014. The specified Bid Security and cost of tender documents should reach the office of the General Manager (R-APDRP) Engineering Building, HEC, Dhurwa, JBVNL Hqr. Ranchi–834 004 not later than the submission date and time. 2. First the Bid Security cover will be opened in the presence of the authorized representative of bidders and if the tender document fee and of Bid Security is found in order then only e-Technical Bid will be opened. All those who are found technically competent to carryout the job will be considered as qualified bidders and only their financial e-bid will be opened thereafter. 4. The e-envelope containing the price bid will be opened in the presence of the representative of the qualified bidders and the e-envelopes of financial bid of the non-qualified bidders will be not open. 5. Before submission date of e-tender, the JBVNL may, if necessary, reply to your written request for clarifications concerning the proposed services. However, any delay caused by seeking such clarifications will not be considered as on for extension in the submission date of your proposal. 6. It should be clearly understood that the JBVNL will not reimburse any cost incurred by you for the preparation of offer, site visit, collection of information, or, if you are selected, for contract or negotiations. 7. Bidders should observe a high standard of ethic during the selection process and in the execution of this contract. 8. Any e-bid i.e. Technical, price or Bid Security cover received after the due date and time will not be accepted and the offer will be categorically ignored without any communication. 9. Bidders have to submit their offer in line with the requirements as specified in the RFP/ Bid Document. 10. The bid, even though fulfilling the specified qualifying requirements/ criteria as specified in the RFP bid document, are liable to be disqualified in case of non-compliance to the followings by the bidders: The bidder shall not be in litigation with JBVNL. Any litigation against JBVNL shall out rightly disqualify the bidder.  The bidder should not made misleading or false representations in the forms statements and attachments submitted in proof of the qualification requirements.  The bidder should not have a record of poor performance such as abandoning the works, not properly completing the contract, inordinate delays in completions, litigation history, or Santosh\NIT\Bokaro\Tender Notice Bokaro/2 financial failures etc. in earlier works executed with JBVNL or any other utility.
