FROM THE CAFETERIA: We are approaching the end of the school year and preparing to close our current year lunch accounts. Please keep in mind there are 8 school days remaining when purchasing meals. Be sure to subtract days that your child will be bringing a lunch from home. It is important your child has adequate money in their lunch account as charging is no longer allowed. Students staying in our district will have any remaining balance carried over to next year. Fifth grade student balances will automatically be transferred to the middle school. Please contact Laurie Scheffer in our food service department @ 988-9423 or [email protected] with any questions concerning your child’s lunch account. FROM THE LIBRARY: All student books need to be returned to the library as soon as possible for year-end inventory. This includes Math text books that your student may have checked out at the beginning of the year. Every unreturned library book represents a financial loss to our library. Please help us maintain our resources for the Sumas Elementary School library by returning borrowed books or paying for lost ones.
