NATURE’S LESSONS
Believe one who has tried, you shall find a
fuller satisfaction in the woods than in books.
The trees and the rocks will teach you that
which you cannot hear from the masters.
—St. Bernard of Clairvaux
MARTYRDOM
It is not the suffering but the cause that
makes the martyr.
—English proverb

LIVING GOD’S WORD
Father of the only-begotten Son, send your Spirit upon

Son’s resurrection and allow it to penetrate our lives.
Deepen our faith, hope, and love so the world will
know us even now as children of the Resurrection.
