This class combines Pilates, yoga and ballet moves to give you beautiful, sculpted, lean muscles – without the impact. Lengthen while strengthening your entire body utilizing a ballet barre
and more!
POWER Boot Camp
Crossfit Level 1 Trainer will take this group through high intensity training with functional movements to challenge your body in new ways. Heavy lifts, plyometrics and interval training will
challenge your body to burn fat hours after your workout. Classes will never be the same to provide time efficient work, avoid the plateau and create fun!
