30/30 - 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of weights.
50+ Fitness - blend of exercises for 50+ designed to improve tone and strength
Arms and Abs - concentrate on toning and sculpting your arms and abs.
Body Barre - non-impact class using ballet barre conditioning, Pilates and yoga to burn
fat, shape muscles and increase flexibility.
Body Rock – a weight training program that uses barbells. For all ages and fitness
levels. Get ready to see results fast!
Body Sculpting - uses body resistance, weights and low impact cardio to tone/sculpt.
Boot Camp - Take your fitness to the next level! Use your own body weight, agility
exercises, core training, conditioning, and endurance to get fit!
Butts n Guts - exercises to tone and tighten abs, back, hips, thighs and butt.
Cardio Interval - Alternates low and high intensity exercises for a high calorie burn.
Cardio Express - high intensity cardio exercises to increase heart rate and burn fat.
Cardio Sculpt - A cardio and weight workout to tone your whole body.
Circuit Training - low and high intensity exercises to build strength and endurance.
Core & More – full body workout to improve tone, balance, strength and core.
Gentle Fitness - a gentle workout for beginners and older participants.

Pilates - mat-based Pilates to strengthen core, improve posture and muscle tone.
Pilates Sculpt - tone and sculpt your body using Pilates movements and light weights.
Power Up - 45 minute workout using different types of weights.
Saturday Sculpt - format will vary; designed to sculpt and tone.
Spin - 45 minute cardio and strengthening workout using exercise bikes.
Yoga – breathing and body poses to improve tone, strength, flexibility and health.
Yogalates - blend of Yoga and Pilates to enhance balance, tone, core and flexibility.
Yoga Sculpting - Class combines Yoga poses and light weight dumbbells.
Zumba - utilizes music, dance and the principles of interval and resistance training to
maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning.
Zumba Gold/Toning - slower paced class for beginners or older participants.
Zumba Step – combines step aerobics with the fun fitness-party of Zumba.
Zumba Toning - blends the Zumba party you love with a redefining total body workout
using Zumba Toning Sticks.
