CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
CIRCUIT Participants move from station to station performing various exercises to
challenge cardio and strength.
EZY MOVES An overall fitness circuit based classes for older adults.
POWER PUMP A weight training class with emphasis on proper technique & form.
Develop a strong & lean body using easily adjustable barbells.

CARDIO SCULPT A low impact cardio-vascular workout simultaneously
incorporating sculpting exercises using small hand held weights.

SPIRALS Brings together the elements of Yoga, Pilates, Fitness, and Dance in flowing
and graceful sequences.
YOGA Hatha Yoga style to improve flexibility, tone muscles & relax the mind & body
through various poses & breathing techniques.
PILATES Focuses on core postural muscles which keep the body balanced & strong.
The Latin inspired, easy to follow, calorie burning, FEEL IT TO THE
CORE FITNESS PARTY!
Zumba moves designed with the active older adult and beginner in mind.
AQUA PARTICIPANTS It is recommended that all participants wear good supportive
swimwear & don’t forget your towel, water bottle, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen and a rashie if
required.
SHALLOW This class is conducted in chest deep water performing anchored, bounce,
propulsion & suspended movements. Aqua noodles & dumbbells may be used.
DEEP This class is conducted in deep water, suspended exercises and drills such as
cycling, skiing and running movements are performed. Buoyancy belts are available.
All Group Fitness Classes are included in Full Centre Memberships
CASUAL ENTRY FEES:
(GST INCLUSIVE)
$11.00 per casual visit / $99.00 per 10 ticket pass
$9.50 per concession visit / $85.50 per 10 ticket concession pass
$6.70 Fit Beyond 50 programs / $60.30 per 10 visit pass (proof of age
may be required)
Participation in Group Fitness programs is a great way to achieve
maximum health and fitness benefits. Improve your overall conditioning,
strength, and flexibility in our classes. It’s also a great social activity and
stress reliever!
Classes have number restrictions due to space and equipment
limitations. Please arrive early to ensure your place in class. Latecomers
will not be allowed to join a class once the class has commenced.
Fremantle Leisure Centre reserves the right to alter or cancel
classes and change instructors without notice.
