maintain classes on the schedule. Lifestyles Fitness reserves the right to change schedules, instructors or classes as needed.
Class Descriptions
Accumulator – building on each round, this class “accumulates” exercises using body weights, free weights and more to challenge our endurance and build strength & agility
Bender Ball - a movement based workout utilizing the Bender Ball (a small weightless ball), which allows you to activate muscles in ways you couldn’t otherwise do! This class will
equalize imbalances and increase your range of motion leaving you feeling more flexible and with better posture using controlled and precise movements with selective stabilization to
allow you to choose an intensity that works with your body. This class is ideal for any age and any fitness level.
Body Sculpt – experience this challenging and dynamic whole body muscle conditioning class using any combination of dumbbells, barbells, bands & your own body weight as
resistance tools with a focus on developing muscular endurance and strength.
Buns & Guns - Just like the name says, this is an arm and lower body specific class designed to target those trouble areas.
Cardio Blast - Blast you cardio fitness level through the roof with a full class of a variety of the best cardio training the instructor can offer! A variety of traditional hi/lo aerobics,
dance based moves, cardio kickboxing, and other forms of cardio will be incorporated in to this fun-filled class. Come prepared to sweat and have fun!
Cardio Express – a quick blast of cardio to get your metabolism revved and ready for the rest of the day! A variety of hi/lo aerobics will make up this class.
Core Express – this 30 minute class will focus on toning and conditioning all major muscles of the torso, especially the abdominal and back muscles.
Cycling - take your cycling experience to a whole new level! You will build stamina and endurance in this motivating, high intensity class using stationary bikes for a variety of
cardiovascular drills and intervals including hill climbs, sprints and more!
Cycling Express – get your spin on in this short duration high intensity workout! A shortened version of our popular cycling classes.
Cycle & Tone – a great combination class that will train every part of your body! Begin with a traditional group cycling class on the stationary bike to challenge your heart and define
your lower body, then hop off the bike to finish up with toning and abdominal work for a complete full body workout!
Cycle to the Oldies – take a roll through the oldies with some great music and gentle cycling drills good for the beginning exerciser or older adult.
Fit & Fabulous - a combination of low impact cardiovascular exercise and muscular endurance training finishing off with flexibility and stretching. This class is perfect for the new
exerciser or those looking for a lower intensity option.
Fit & Groovy - this dance based, low impact cardiovascular class is geared for the new exerciser or those looking for a lower intensity program. Set to lively, upbeat music and
incorporating a variety of fun moves, this class is sure to make you smile!
Flex & Flow - Ideal for the Older Adult, this class uses a combination of gentle aerobics, strengthening and lengthening moves that will assist in postponing and tackling the signs of
aging.
Hatha Yoga - this balanced class combines breath with movement to stretch and strengthen the muscles. Gentle flows combined with simple yet challenging strength postures all at a
moderate pace allows beginners to learn new poses while allowing the more experienced yogi to refine form and push their edge.
Interval Circuit - this interval style class will focus on a variety of cardiovascular drills with short bursts of strength training interspersed to give you a great full body workout designed
to keep your heart rate up and your body moving!
Interval Cycle – This high intensity interval class will have you doing drills on and off the bike that combine cardiovascular training with some strength & toning interspersed. An ever
changing workout sure to challenge your body in every way!
Kickboxing – increase your coordination, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility and strength in this challenging circuit style fitness class incorporating glove and pad drills and a variety of
other drills using different tools each week. *please note this is a one hour class
Meditation – this 30 minute guided meditation class will lead participants through practicing meditative techniques such as breath work, concentration, contemplation, visualizations
and deep relaxation
Qi Gong – 24 Posture Therapeutic Qi Gong involves a routine that is easy to follow and requires no previous experience. The 24 postures in the ancient art of Qi Gong are used for
treating disease and prolonging life, and are all done in less than one hour. They are all performed standing (but may also be done seated as required) and require no special flexibility
or previous experience. This gentle workout is suitable for all fitness levels.
Strength & Stretch – this class is the perfect balance of strength conditioning and stretching to help give you the long, lean muscles you desire.
Vinyasa Yoga - Come ready for a workout! This dynamic style of yoga takes all the postures you know and takes it up a notch with more vigorous flows and challenge postures fueled
with breath. Open to all yogis who want to move and a great way for fitness buffs to experience the benefits of yoga.
Weekend Warrior – Join Chelsea for her Friday night “Weekend Warrior” workout for a final boost of energy heading in to the weekend! This class will combine a variety of cardio
and strength drills in an ever changing format that is sure to challenge your body in a different way each week!
Zumba Gold® - the same great elements of a regular Zumba class geared more towards the new exerciser, older adult or those looking for a less intense workout
