Come and enjoy a relaxing, uplifting and empowering long weekend of health and wellbeing with
us in the wine region of south Styria! Take time for your Self, for your body, and for your spirit!
The package includes:
Hatha yoga (6 sessions total)
Empowerment exercises and meditations that are body and spirit centered
Take-home tools to find relaxation, inner strength and power, inside and outside, using
yoga, breath, and visualization from multiple traditions.
Centering rituals
Hiking / nordic walking in the beautiful South Styrian countryside

BIO: Yoga, centering and self-empowerment coach, Swapna Mehta, CYT, BA (HONS).
Born in India, Swapna is an international educator, coach and certified yoga teacher, who has trained
in India and USA. She has lived and worked in India, California, England, Singapore and Kenya
amongst other countries. She is passionate about self-development through evolutionary
consciousness and sharing Self-empowerment practices. She is deeply committed to providing
practical techniques and tools on how to truly be, become and live out your best, deepest Self in
order to achieve greater fulfillment and your goals.
She has worked for Deepak Chopra, Byron Katie and trained with Craig Hamilton and Claire
Zammitt amongst other fantastic teachers for over 35 years, including the practice and study of Sri
Aurobindo's Integral Yoga Philosophy. She has a BA (Hons) in International Hospitality
Management from the University of Brighton, UK. She has also worked in both the private and nonprofit sectors during her career.
She is passionate about yoga, sport, travel, dance, the outdoors, the ocean, connecting at a deeper,
more authentic level and having fun.
Personal Mission:
I share with people techniques and ways to highest BEING, doing, and their ultimate potential. I
would like to show them how to step into their evolutionary self, achieve peace, fulfillment and
satisfaction in their lives with ways and techniques that really work and they can actually master for
themselves. I would like them to be spiritually lit, and living deep inside their loving and True Selves,
while simultaneously acting and creating fully in this beautiful world of ours in total alignment with
their dharma and true inner calling.
Please bring with you:
Comfortable clothes for doing yoga
Yoga mat, 2 towels (or small blankets)
Journal and favourite pen
Hiking boots
Layered clothing for warmth
Waterproof clothes
Other things to do:
During your free time, you can enjoy curling up with a book, chatting to other program guests,
walking or hiking around the beautiful countryside, being creative, napping, or whatever you most
feel like doing.

9:00 - 10:00: Breakfast
10:30 - 13:00: Mindful Hike / Nordic walking in our stunning Styrian wine-country – with the focus
of opening the senses plus heightened awareness. Return by shuttle bus

19:30 - 21:00 Evening gathering:
Yoga, consciousness, coming to power center and awakening exercises
Yoga Nidra – meditation for deep sleep
Day 3: Saturday 26.11.16

07:30 - 09:00: yoga, centering, gratitude and self-alignment session
09:00 - 10:00: Breakfast
10:30 - 13:00: Nature outing by shuttle bus.
River ritual – letting go of the past, releasing the old, freeing yourself!

16:30 – 18:00 Deeper Yoga for wellbeing, gratitude, coming to power center,
visualization/meditation
18:00 – 19:00 Dinner
