FITNESS GUIDELINES
Upon completion of a Youth Orientation, those 12-15yrs can be in
designated GE classes without an adult. In addition, must meet height
requirements of bikes to participate in designated Cycle classes.

PICKLEBALL // 10:30 AM - 11:30 AM // Thursdays
Pickleball is a fun game that is played on a badminton court with the net
lowered to 34 inches at the center. It is played with a perforated plastic
baseball (similar to a whiffle ball) and wood or composite paddles. It is
easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a quick, fast-pasted
competitive game for experienced players.

Adventure Awaits! Join us for our super fun, Super Camp kick-off on
Sunday, February 1! The first 100 people to register online or in branch

Y CHALLENGE // FEB 16 // Registration Opens
This year’s Y Challenge will take place March 2 - 30. During this
challenge members will recieve health and wellness tips and be
encouraged to try new classes and workouts. Members will recieve a
cool Y Challenge t-shirt just for participating.
SCRIPTURE OF THE MONTH
“As the Father has loved me, so have I loved you. Now remain in my
love. If you keep my commands, you will remain in my love, just as I
have kept my Father’s commands and remain in his love. I have told you
this so that my joy may be in you and that your joy may be complete.
My command is this: Love each other as I have loved you. Greater love
has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends. You are
my friends if you do what I command. I no longer call you servants,
because a servant does not know his master’s business. Instead, I have
called you friends, for everything that I learned from my Father I have
made known to you. You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you so that you might go and bear fruit—fruit that will last—
and so that whatever you ask in my name the Father will give you. This
