Group Exercise Class Descriptions
Barre
Strengthen and tone your entire body with this barre inspired
barefoot class. Weights, barre work, cardio intervals and core work
will leaving you fit as a dancer!
Bootcamp
This athletic style class offers high intensity but easy to follow
format for a total body workout. The workout is different each week!
Cycling
Follow your instructor through a variety of drills such as intervals,
speed, and hill climbing on our LeMond Revmaster Pro indoor
cycles. This class is a great cardio workout and a lot of fun. New
participants should arrive 15 min early for proper bike set up!
Flow Yoga
An active style of yoga linking one movement into the next with
breath. This class includes standing postures, abs, hip openers,
relaxation and more!
Fusion
This class will blend basic yoga poses with traditional Mat Pilates for
a safe and effective workout to stretch, strengthen and streamline
the body without adding bulk or stressing joints.
Friday Mix
Using a variety of formats, this class will give you a great total body
workout. The workout will be different week to week and may
include step, bosu, weights, mat work and more!
Gentle Yoga
The name says it all. This class takes a gentler approach to yoga
giving modifications as you work on flexibility, balance and
strength.
Group Centergy®
Grow longer and stronger in this invigorating 60-minute mindbody workout. Group Centergy incorporates yoga and Pilates
fundamentals with athletic training for balance, mobility, flexibility,
and the core.
Group Power®
A 60-minute barbell program will strengthen all your major
muscles in a motivating group environment with simple, athletic
movements such as squats, lunges, presses and curls.
MuscleBlast
Get a total body workout with this high intensity bootcamp style
class with cardio intervals mixed with strength training!
Pilates
This mat workout is based on techniques developed by Joseph
Pilates which includes concentrated work on core strength, body
alignment and muscular balance. The overall goal of Pilates is to
lengthen and tone the muscles of the core without adding bulk
Step n Strength
Get your heart rate up with 30 minutes of movement up, down and
around the step platform followed by muscle strengthening using
bars, weights and more.
Tai Chi
Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese discipline involving a continuous series
of controlled usually slow movements designed to improve physical
and mental well-being.

A conditioning class focusing on muscular endurance, strength and
toning for the entire body. Balance training and short cardio bursts
may be included..
Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a style of yoga that focuses on the connective tissues. In
this style yoga, poses are held for extended periods of time . With
continued practice, yin yoga can help increase flexibility.
Yoga
Our yoga classes offer a variety of styles. Each class provides a
strong foundation challenging the entire body.
Young at Heart
A workout designed to improve balance, strength, endurance, and
flexibility for more mature members or those who want a gentler
workout.
20/20/20
This class offers three segments of different types of cardio, strength
and core based formats that can change every week. Each segment
will be approximately 20 minutes long. If you are somebody that
likes variety, then you will love the spontaneity of this class.
ZUMBA
Ditch the workout and join the party! This fun and easy to follow
cardio dance class combines high-energy and motivating Latin
music with unique moves and combinations that make you feel like
you are partying on the dance floor. Easy to follow, and something
everyone can do Try the studio version or Aqua Zumba in the pool!
ZUMBA FUSION
This class will blend two popular Zumba formats. Traditional Zumba
combined with Zumba Toning will give you a total body dance
workout! The toning session will use light weights. All Levels!
