Mid- Week Retreat Schedule Monday Arrival time is any time after 2pm 5:00pm – 6:30pm Yin Yoga class: Focus: Creating physical, mental and emotional stability. 6:45pm - Evening meal 8:15pm - Evening Satsang & Yoga Nidra (informal gathering): Getting to know yourself through the paradigms of yoga. Tuesday: 7:30am – 8:30 am – Breakfast 9 am – Yin-Yang Yoga class: Focus: Managing Anxiety with the help of Yoga 12pm - Lunch Free time for swimming, canoeing, kayaking, jumping on the water trampoline, reading a book waterside, taking a walk, etc. 4:30pm – Yin Yoga: Focus: Happiness 6:30pm – Evening meal 8:00pm – Evening Satsang & Yoga Nidra (informal gathering): Focus: Radical Self-Acceptance Wednesday: Light breakfast (fruit, trail mix, oatmeal) 8:30am – Yin Yoga class: Focus: Creating Lasting Change 10:45am – brunch Departure is any time before 2pm 3 Day All Inclusive Weekend Rates (Friday – Sunday) Shared accommodation (3 or 4 single beds) Rate: $350 plus HST/pp Semi-private accommodation (2 single beds or 1 king) Rate: $375 plus HST/pp About Tracey Soghrati Tracey’s vision is to share yoga philosophy & practice in a manner that is authentic, accessible and applicable to modern day life. Her classes are grounded in a sound knowledge of the physical body and a humble perspective on the power of the mind. She seeks to incorporate selfinquiry as a tool of self-realization in every practice. She specializes in delivering classes (yin yoga & vinyasa) that are healing and invigorating for all levels of the body. As an educator, Tracey is proud to participate in a number of programs aimed at the cultivation of both mind and body. She is the creator and director of Toronto's first Yin Yoga teacher training, which continually inspires her to evolve with her students. As well, she has the honour of co-directing Spynga's 225-Hour Yoga Alliance teacher training with Sari Nisker. Tracey is actively involved in mentoring teachers and creating high quality curriculum for Yoga Teacher Training Programs. She has directly facilitated over 1500 hours of course delivery as well as over 1000 hours of teacher mentorship. Tracey is a Yoga Therapist and has completed > 2000 hours in yoga teacher training of various lineages (Hatha, Vinyasa, Jivamukti, Yin, Prenatal, Yoga Therapy (Sri T Krishnamacharya), Yoga Nidra, Restorative) and her primary influences include Sharon Gannon, David Life, Bernie Clark, Felicia & Ante Pavlovic, Saraswathi Vasudevan, and Dr. N. Chandrasekaran. She is a member of the Ontario Nurses Association (ONA), Canadian Yoga Alliance (RYT 500+), Yoga Alliance (ERYT 500) as well as the International Association of Yoga Therapists. Her formal education includes post-secondary studies in molecular biology, nursing, critical care nursing, advanced life support, anatomy & pathophysiology, parenting/child development, health education, perinatal care, swedish massage and thai yoga massage. She has worked as a critical care nurse in a busy downtown intensive care unit and as a health educator for women and children. She is grateful for this amazing life, the practice of yoga, and for the support and love of her husband, daughter, family and friends.
