of Hot Blend and Hot Power. Focused to build up fitness

capable levels, you will sure leave class feeling uplifted.
A static class, great for beginners, using the most common 26
posutres of Yoga, this Hot Yoga class sure is challenging but
aimed for all capible levels.
Hot Blend is a hot yoga class blended with Hot 26 & Hot
Vinyasa. If you're looking for a intermediate, high calorie
burning yet strength building workout this is a great class
for you. Transform your body & mind!
Our Warm Variation classes are heated up to a maximum of
26 degrees.Great for students wanting to do our classes
without the elevated heat.
A high energy hot yoga class focusing on calorie
burning, strength, flexibility, core work and balances.
Our Hot Power class is great to build your energy levels
and eliminate stress.
