See You at the Pole
Welcome - Song - Scripture Reading-
2 Chronicles 7:14 (NLT) Then if my people who are called by my
name will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn
from their wicked ways, I will hear from heaven and will forgive their
sins and restore their land.!
Prayer -
Pray that Christians students would have a passion to live like
Jesus at school; that a passion for prayer and a hunger for God will
grow in your hearts and God will move in your school. !
Scripture Reading -
1 Thessalonians 5:17 (NLT) Never stop praying.
Timothy 2:1–2 (NLT) I urge you, first of all, to pray for all people.
Ask God to help them; intercede on their behalf, and give thanks for
them. 2 Pray this way for kings and all who are in authority so that
we can live peaceful and quiet lives marked by godliness and
dignity. !
Prayer -
Pray for the leaders of your campus, community, and country, that
they would be filled with the knowledge of God and do His will. Pray
for teachers, administrators, coaches, school board, etc.
Scripture Reading -
2 Thessalonians 3:3 (NLT) But the Lord is faithful; he will
strengthen you and guard you from the evil one."
1 Chronicles 16:8. (NLT) Give thanks to the Lord and proclaim his
greatness. Let the whole world know what he has done.
Prayer -
Pray that God will protect your students and school from evil. Thank
the Lord for who He is and what He can do through you at your
school. Pray that others will see Christ in you.
Scripture Reading -
1 Peter 3:13–16 (NLT) Now, who will want to harm you if you are
eager to do good? 14 But even if you suffer for doing what is right,
God will reward you for it. So don’t worry or be afraid of their
threats. 15 Instead, you must worship Christ as Lord of your life. And
if someone asks about your Christian hope, always be ready to
explain it. 16 But do this in a gentle and respectful way.
Mark 16:15 (NLT) And then he told them, “Go into all the world and
preach the Good News to everyone.”!
Prayer -
Pray that God will use SYATP to initiate or build up a core of
students whose purpose will be to share the gospel with unsaved
friends on campus. Ask God to bring spiritual awakening to
Christian students at your school, and the courage to share Jesus
together.
