Boot Camp
Rigorous boot camp circuit, includes plyometrics, agility, strength and
cardio.
Cardio Dance
Low impact cardio dance aerobics class with wide
range of music genres.
Cardio Kickbox
A non-contact workout that includes both cardio and strength training
routines in an energizing environment. It incorporates kicks, jabs, hooks
and uppercuts to improve overall agility and power.
Cardio Sculpt
Interweaves high-intensity cardio with total body toning with weights.

Chair fitness for older adults with special needs or for exerciser seeking
an alternative workout.

High intensity, low-moderate impact workout using adjustable step.

Suspension training system that leverages gravity and your body weight
