Participants 16yrs and older can work independently.
Participants 13-15yrs must be with parent or guardian.
Children 12 and under are not allowed in the aerobic
room or spirit, mind & body room when parent is taking a
class.
No admittance after 10 minutes of class starting.
A class must have two participants to run.
Shoes must be worn in all classes except yoga & pilates.
Advise your doctor before starting an exercise routine.
ABC
30 minute class for abs, back, core and more to
strengthen and train your mid-section.
BOOT CAMP
Appropriate for all levels of fitness using cardio drills,
and resistance training for all major muscle groups.
weights, stability balls, medicine balls, bands, tubes, gliders, and
steps maybe used. Class may be outside

CARDIO & STRENGTH
Cardio intervals of different exercises for endurance
training and resistance training.
CYCLE
A 60 minute cardio class on our E-series Livestrong cycle bikes.
Sometimes including core and stretching. Appropriate for all levels
using modifications as needed.
KICKBOXING/TURBO KICK
A class combining kicks, punches, and power moves
of varying intensity for a cardio and strength workout.
Turbo Kick has sport specific athletic warm-up with kickboxing
drills and increased tempo sprints followed by recovery. Upbeat
fun music will keep you moving.
“INSANITY”
“Insanity” - High intensity body weight exercises done in a max
interval training (HIIT) boot camp. Exercises focus on strength,
endurance, coordination, and core. Modifications for all exercises
will be offered.
LOW IMPACT/ LOW BALL
Traditional aerobics for a low impact workout, followed by
abdominal training and stretching.
Low ball: low impact aerobics with resistance training, balance &
stretch on the stability ball.
PARKINSON’S WELLNESS PROGRAM
The PD program is specifically designed to help individuals with
Parkinson’s disease, MS or any other
Neuromuscular condition to maintain and improve their quality of
life.
PILATES
Controlled focused movements
using core muscles to increase total body strength
and flexibility. This class is usually done in the form
of mat exercises.
SENIOR FITNESS
60 minute class of low impact aerobics followed by
muscle conditioning, flexibility and balance using bands,
balls, gliders and fine motor skills objects.
Appropriate for beginners
STABILITY BALL
A class using the stability ball for cardio
endurance, resistance training, balance, and
flexibility. Using the stability ball makes your core
muscles work harder which improves overall core strength.
STEP
A traditional step class using basic moves
and patterns, as well as more advanced choreography.
STEP & STRENGTH
A 30 minute step workout followed with resistance
training, or a combo of cardio & strength intervals
TEEN TRX & RIDE
Classes geared toward learning the techniques of TRX and Cycle
classes for teens.
TOTAL STRENGTH
Incorporates various props for resistance training of all major muscle
groups.
TRX (TOTAL BODY RESISTANCE EXERCISE)
Suspension training to gain strength, endurance, balance,
coordination, flexibility, power and
core stability all at once with a wide range resistance.
KIDS KARATE
Emphasizing personal character development while teaching martial
arts rules of respect, self-discipline, and self control. Kids will learn
basic punch and kick moves to more complex moves.
ZUMBA/ZUMBA FOR SENIORS
A fusion of Latin, international music and dance themes that create
dynamic routines focusing on fitness interval training with a
combination of slow and fast rhythms. Senior Zumba class is at a
slower pace to learn dance steps/choreography.
ZUMBA & PILATES
30 minutes of Zumba followed by 30 minutes of pilates.
ZUMBA TONING
Slower dance beats to add exercises for sculpting
the whole body.
Classes are for all levels of fitness.
Instructors provide modifications for beginners, intermediate to
advance participants.
