TRX Blast will be limited to 9 participants. * classes are held in the back rooms Class Descriptions Cycling: Group cycling class on stationary bikes designed to challenge your cardio output with sprints, hill climbs, jumps and other cycle drills. Class set to motivating, high energy music. Boot Camp: This class will help define and shape the body where it counts. A combination of strength, cardio, and abs. TRX Blast: A TRX Suspension Training workout with upbeat movements. TRX® Suspension Training®: is a revolutionary, total-body fitness program that uses gravity against the individual’s own body weight to simultaneously develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability. One simply changes the angle of their body from the ground for different exercises to intensify or modify a specific exercise. TRX Boot Camp: Total body workouts that will challenge your body and help you achieve results with a mix of cardio, TRX Suspension, strength, core and flexibility. Strength, Balance and Core: This class focuses on gaining strength and flexibility while strengthening the core. Yoga: This yoga practice of breath and postures includes the practice of traditional Suryanamaskar. Appropriate for all levels of practioners. Hip Hop Cardio Blast: 55 minutes of cardio & toning to the latest hip hop/pop hits Zumba®: Fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away. Routines feature interval training sessions, using fast and slow rhythms for a fun dance workout Super Sets: Burnout individual muscle groups by stacking varied exercises which target the same muscle. High repetitions and multiple sets. This workout will take place on the fitness floor and will be lead by our trainer Debbie Casarella. Shallow Water Tabata: Take your Tabata to the water! Shallow water interval training is a no impact class that will raise your heart rate and get your blood flowing. Anthem Waves: A non-impact water workout that will improve muscle tone and cardiovascular fitness. Let's get fit in the water! Kickbox: Blast calories and fat with a workout that includes both cardio and strength training routines in an energizing environment. It incorporates kicks, jabs, hooks and uppercuts to improve overall agility and power. Bodywork 20 : A mix it up class, incorporating: Body Bars, dumbbells, Barre balls, studio cycling, Pilates and more. Experience 20 minutes of each modality of fitness, while listening to great music, effectively building muscle, increasing cardiac threshold and improving flexibility. Focus on the fundamentals of movement: proper breathing, postural cueing and performance of each exercise. Low Impact Tabata (LIT) and Total Abdominal Conditioning (TAC): Tabata training without the high impact and twisting on joints. Movements will be effective and safe for all fitness levels. The name says it all! This class is 15 minutes of focus on the muscle groups that make up the CORE. Cardio Blast: This class utilizes a variety of equipment including a step and the floor to create many different moves that will get your heart rate up. This effective cardiovascular workout also includes strength training, abdominal conditioning and stretching to create a well-balanced workout. Barre Strength: Class uses weights, bands, exercise balls as well as using the ballet barre. This fused class will strengthen and stretch all the major muscle groups in the body. Barre focuses on core conditioning, butt and thigh work, and various stretch series. This workout will quickly and safely reshape your entire body, make you look and feel stronger, and be more confident.
