As a participant of the camp it is essential that you understand that the following points need to be adhered to. 6 Participant is expected to: • Know and respect „Internal regulations of the camp” and regulations binding in the resort. • Fully participate in all daytime and evening activities. • Behave in a responsible manner whilst undertaking activities. • Be courteous and supportive to other group members and staff. • Be punctual for all activities. • Be prepared to speak English as the main language to communicate with the staff and other participants. • Ensure bedrooms are kept tidy. • Be responsible for own personal belongings. • Remember that smoking, drinking alcohol and using drugs is not allowed during the camp. No underage having sexual relations with each other or adults with underage. • Inform group leaders of any concerns/problems as soon as possible. The key to success of the Camp is RESPECT. If we all show RESPECT to all other participants, group leaders, instructors and resources the camp will be a fantastic experience! IMPORTANT !!!!! To provide international integration, participants as well as group leaders will be divided among multinational groups. The Camp Director who has the licence to expel participants out of the camp will deal with any young person whose behaviour is of an unacceptable standard. In a such case parent or guardian will be informed and obliged to pick up her/his charge at his own expense. In case if picking up is impossible, participant will be sent home at parent’s/guardian’s own expense. INTERNAL REGULATIONS OF THE CAMP Camp regulation should be respected by all participants and group leaders. Tobacco Smoking within area of Multinational Youth Camp MYC Rogowo 2015 is forbidden. It is prohibited to smoke in public places, transport and during the activities. Sexuality All adults must have an exemplary behaviour and show discretion concerning their relations. No underage having sexual relations or adults with underage. Alcohol No underage drinking alcohol during the camp. Drugs and illicit substances Possession and consumption of drugs and illicit substances if not prescribed by a doctor is strictly forbidden.
