WINTER CAMP 2015 Dear WVC FUSION Campers and Parents, Winter Camp LEGENDS is just around the corner! Here is some information that will help you get ready for camp! General Details: Camp location: Frontier Ranch, located in Buena Vista, CO Date: January 30 – February 1, 2015 Check-‐In: Begins at 3pm (departure at 4:30) Return: February 1, approximately 3pm Check-‐In Details: Every camper must have the following items turned into the Student ministries office no later than Monday, January 25. This well help checking in your student (starts at 3pm) go much faster! 1. Medical Release Form (directions below) • • • • • • Go to your myWVC at woodmenvalley.org Log in (or create) to access your account Click on Medical Release found on the left Click on your student’s name on the right side of screen Fill in all the cells, even if the cell would be "n/a" Click “submit” button. 2. Full Payment of account balance (unless other arrangements have been made prior to departure date) is due by January 25 3. If you have any special dietary needs please contact the kitchen staff at Frontier Ranch directly: http://frontierdh.wufoo.com/forms/z7x3p9/ What to Bring: (please label all of your personal belongings!) • • • • • • Bible, Notebook & pen Snow Clothes Shower stuff Towel Snack Money Flashlight • • • • Casual, warm clothes Snacks Swim Suit (girls – 1 piece only, or dark shirt over 2 piece) Packed dinner for Friday night on the bus ride up to camp! No meal provided Friday night. Saturday Dinner Theme: Dress up as your favorite TV or Movie Character!!!
