Coach Jessica - Quick Handle Basketball Training

Our camps are on the cutting edge of teaching and training in the
21st century. It is imperative that young people are encouraged to
attend camps and begin to hone a foundation of excellence in skill
development designed to take their game to another level.
Quick Handle began in 1994 with the first book
written by Coach Mendo, “Quick Handle: Single
Handed Ball Control.” For the past 19 years,
Coach Mendezona has conducted what many
consider one of the best ball handling and moves
off the dribble camp around. The Quick Handle
camps have been very successful and well
attended all along the west coast, Midwest and
particularly in the Northwest. Quick Handle also
offers academies, clinics and AAU teams. Check
out our website for more information.
