ON OCCASION OF BIRTH ANNIVERSARY OF SHRI RAWATPURA SARKAR MGM EYE INSTITUTE HAS ORGANIZED EYE CAMP AT DHANELI, RAIPUR Date- 5th July 2014 (Saturday) Every year MGM Eye Institute is organizing Free Eye camps on the precious occasion of birth anniversary of Anant Shri Vibhusit Shri Rawatpura Sarkar. This year also MGMEI has organized outreach th camp at Rawatpura Sarkar Ashram, Dhenali, Raipur on 5 July 2014 in the presence of Dr. Deepshikha Agrawal, Director MGMEI. Dr. Anupam Sahu, Dr. Shailen & Dr. Kalpit was also present in the camp. The populations from 16-20 villages were benefited from the event and this year 131 persons were screened and out of them 25 patients were identified for surgery. During the camp all the patients received medicines without any cost and free BP & Sugar checkup was also carried out by the organization. All the identified patients were taken to the base hospital & all the surgeries were performed free of cost in the MGMEI. The main objective of the camp is to reach the underprivileged & unreached populations living with poverty in the locality. The general population & patients were very happy with the initiative of MGM Eye Institute.
