I have been terminated from the post for which appeal is still pending before ED, SHSB even after 09 months. I had submitted it as per norms within one month from my termination. I submitted on 21.06.2013 but I have got no decision and no information regarding this. My complain is that Forwarded to Human I have not given Earned Leave amount which I gained working Resource Cell ,State health since 06 years and as per ED, SHSB Order No,. 22884 dtd socity, through SHSB letter 17.01.2011, which is effective since 17.01.2011, my earned no. dt- 1859 06/03/14 leave accumulated is around 60 days before my termination for which I should be paid by Civil Surgeon cum Mem. Secy, DHS,Patna. But I had been given only one month salary of July'2013 excluding the Earned Leave which is the violation of ED, SHSB Order No. 228844 dtd 17.01.2011. That earned leave will be accumulated maximum of 144 days and it will be payble if someone leaves organisation.
