DAILY NOTICES FRIDAY, 6 FEBRUARY 2015 ALL STUDENTS The TIGS Chess Club 2015 - The TIGS Chess Club will take place every Friday Lunchtime in B14. If you would like to learn to play, please come along. For the more experienced players, you can play against other players and have the chance to represent the school in various competitions. MATHS HELP is on again this year. If you need help with homework or work missed, come to B13 at lunchtimes on FRIDAY, WEEK A or TUESDAY, LUNCH 2, WEEK B. It is also on WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON in the library from 3:30 – 5:00. Our TIGS Netball Club will hold our registration days at the following times: Netta (8-10 years) - Friday 13th Feb 3.30pm-5pm and Saturday 14th Feb from 9.30am-11am Juniors (11-17 years) - Friday 20th Feb 3.30pm5pm at school in the IGC. Training is every Friday afternoon between 3.30pm and 5pm and games are Saturday morning starting mid April. We will also be looking to start a TIGS Basketball Club for students wishing to play in a new competition starting Friday nights at the Snakepit. Teams will only be allowed 2 x rep players per team, however this is a social comp so teams of any level are encouraged. I am also looking for any parents who may want to help out with the club with coaching. Please email me or come and see me if you are interested. The Co-Curricular Sports Program starts this week. It's your responsibility to ensure that you are signed up to a sporting activity or you have completed the appropriate paper work for an exemption. Please remember that the sports are compulsory and will be documented in your semester report. Can you please ensure that you wear the TIGS swimsuit or board shorts or plain navy or black speedo style swimmers.
