Single Moms Care and Support Single Moms Care and Support meets today and every 2nd and 4th Sunday from 5-7pm. Single moms from our community are encouraged to attend and enjoy a free meal, childcare, and relevant conversations about parenting, Christianity, and life as a single mom. India Missions Trip Meeting We are making plans to take a mission team to India during the October/November timeframe. We'll be working at the Temple of Love Children's Home in northern India. Compassion Ministries for Ladies w A missions ministry called “Dress a Girl” sews dresses and gives them to girls in impoverished countries! They meet on the 4th Tuesday of each month from 10-2pm in Hayslip Hall. (Next meeting is February 23.) Bring a portable sewing machine (if you have one), a sack lunch and have fun making “God’s Best Dresses.” For information, contact Sharon Longley at 797-2672. w Ladies are encouraged to join as we make shawls and give them to those hurting and in need of encouragement. Our next Prayer Shawl meeting is Saturday, February 28 from 9:30-11:30am. For more information, contact Nadine Rupp at 825-9083. w Cotton Patch Quilters meet every third Thursday of the month from 9am-2:30pm in Hayslip Hall. (The next meeting is February 19.) To minister to you, we have two ways to seek prayer support: wPrayer and Care sheet...For continued prayer, praises and non-urgent prayer needs, please indicate your prayer request (along with your name) on a Connection Card or contact the church office at 297-8297. These requests are printed and available in the church foyer. Are You Hurting? We have trained caregivers that are available to help during difficult times of need. All kids, pre-K through 6th grade meet in the Student Worship Center at 6:45pm. It’s not too late to join us! wKids Campout...Our annual Kids Camp is February 20-21.
