Revive This Nation 2015
For more than 50 years, students and professors of Southwestern
Seminary have spent Spring break preaching revivals and
ministering in churches across the nation. God has blessed this
effort with more than 14,000 coming to know Christ. The goal?
Preaching the Word and Reaching the World.
 Churches host revival meetings, led by a preacher from
Southwestern Seminary.
 Host church provides meals, lodging, and local
transportation for students while they are on the ground.
 Revival meetings begin Sunday morning and end
Wednesday evening (March 8-11)
 Preachers partner with the pastor to engage lost people from
the host community in evangelism during the weekdays.
If interested in being a host church, fill out the Church
Application Form at http://www.swbts.edu/rtn. Contact the
Church Ministry Office at Southwestern with any further
questions at (817) 923-1921.

“Igniting Church Planting Movements Among the
Unreached People Groups of North
America.”
Join us February 17-18th at the Austin Baptist
Association for the Great Commission Initiative
Church Planting Conference! We will meet from
9:00am– 5:00pm both days (lunch is included.)
You can expect to leave with an understanding of
GCI’s Three Phases:
Phase 1– You’ll gain a deeper understanding
of and commitment to the Great Commission; an
understanding of the missiology, anthropology,
and theology involved in church planting
movements.
Phase 2– You’ll gain practical skills for
discovering where the unreached people groups
are in your church/ministry field. You’ll learn
how to design evangelism/discipleship strategies
tailored to your people groups
Phase 3– Overview of oral communication
strategies, when and how to apply them to your
preaching and teaching; practical experience in
telling Bible stories, and a strategic plan for implementing what you have learned through GCI
in your ministry.
Purpose Statement
The Austin Baptist Association is an alliance of participating churches fulfilling the Great Commission.
Vision Statement
The Austin Baptist Association will be a catalyst alongside Great Commission churches to reach all people groups
with the Gospel transforming our community and world through the power of God.

is a pretty commercial
holiday- more centered
around chocolates and
expensive dinners than
celebrating authentic love.
Here are some ways to
celebrate Valentine’s day
and strengthen your
marriage:
Commit to read “Love and
Respect” (Eggerichs)
together and discuss it.
There’s a devotional book
too!
Do “The Love Dare,”

Schedule an evening to go
do something you have
always loved doing
together, without the kids.
Be creative!
On a budget? Make dinner
at home and take a picnic to
the park.
Don’t just buy a
Hallmark card. Write a
heartfelt letter to your
spouse telling them what
you love about being
married to them.
