Eligibility Criteria (Applicable for works costing above Rs.50.00 lacs only): Only those tenderer(s) are eligible who fulfill following eligibility criteria (for works costing above Rs.50.00 lacs only) for which necessary documents as indicated below should be submitted along with offer. (i) The tenderer should have a well-established firm in the field of professional mechanised and Manual cleaning, Sweeping and Housekeeping services. (ii) Turn Over: The total contract amount received by the tenderer(s) during the last three financial years and the current financial year should be a minimum of 150% of advertised tender value of work. Tenderer(s) should submit proof to this effect in form of attested certificates from employer/clients for payments received by them year wise during the period or audited balance sheet duly certified by the chartered Accountant. Experience in similar work: At the time of opening of tender, the tenderer(s) should have completed in the last three financial years (i.e. current year and three previous financial years), at least one similar single work, for a minimum value of 35% of advertised tender value of work. Similar work in this context means. ”Cleaning and maintenance of Railway premises, trains, train maintenance depots, bus depots, airports or large Hospitals (atleast 100 beds) by mechanized or non mechanized means.” (iv) The tenderers should also have Registration Certificate, PF No, ESIC Code No., Pan No. & Labour Contract License for experience quoted by the tenderer. Last date for issuing Tender Form is 19/08/2014 up to 12 = 00 hrs. (Twelve hours) in person and by post 08/08/2014. Money Order will not be accepted. The cost of Tender Form (Tender form fees) will not be refunded. Railway Administration shall not be liable for late receipt of Tender Form due to any postal delay. Railways reserve right to reject any Tender or all the tenders without assigning any reason. In case of 19/08/2014 ( Ninetieth August 2014) is being declared as a public holiday due to any unforeseen reasons, the next office working day will be the date for closing and opening of tender.
