Tender Forms (non transferable) can be obtained during office hour from 03.02.2014 to
up to 12.00 hrs of 24.02.2014 on any working days from the office of the
CMSr/Katihar,N.F.Railway on payment of requisite cost of tender documents in cash or DD
pledged in favour of FA & CAO, N F Railway, Maligaon for each of tender form. Those who
desire to get tender paper by post will have to pay additional Rs.500/- towards postal charges,
which are to be sent by MO. Railway, will not be responsible for postal delay.
Filled up & sealed Tender forms can be sent by registered post/speed post addressed to Sr.
Divisional Medical Officer /H & FW/, Divisional Railway Hospital, N.F. Railway, Katihar, Post &
Distt. Katihar - 854105. Tender can be submitted/ dropped in tender box kept at the Reception of
DRM office, N.F.Railway, Katihar or at the office of Chief Medical Superintendent, New Jalpaiguri,
N.F.Railway from 18.02.2014 to 13.00 hrs of 24.02.2014 (Except Saturday & Sunday) during office
hours. Tender box will be closed & sealed at 13.00 hrs on 24.02.2014.In case of date of tender
opening happens to be holiday or bundh then the tender papers will be opened on the next working
day at the same timings and place as above. Tender paper not accompanied with requisite Earnest
Money deposit in proper form will be summarily rejected. Earnest money should be drawn in favour
of “FA & CAO, N.F. Railway,Maligaon” in proper form i.e. Fixed Deposit, Deposit Receipt, Bank
Draft etc. DD should be in favour of FA & CAO/N.F. Railway, Maligaon payable at Katihar. Earnest
money in shape of Guarantee Bond shall not be accepted.
Tender paper will also be available on N.F. Railway’s Website www.nfrailway.com during above
mentioned period. In case, the tender documents are downloaded from the website, the tender
must be accompanied with the requisite cost of the tender documents in separate Demand Draft.
Otherwise the tender will be summarily rejected. However, Railway will not be responsible for any
delay/difficulties/inaccessibility in downloading tender papers from the website for any reason
whatsoever. In case of any discrepancy between the tender documents downloaded from Internet
and the master copy available in offices as mentioned above, the later shall prevail and will be
binding on the tenderer(s). No claim on this account will be entertained. All other details, terms &
conditions are available in the tender form.

Eligibility Criteria for tenderer in respect of partnership firms:
I. In case the tenderer is a partnership firm(s), the experience, solvency and turn over shall be in
the name and style of the firm only.
II. If the tenderer is a partnership firm, all the partners shall be jointly and severally liable for
successful Completion of the work and no request for change on the certification of the firm shall
be entertained.
III. During the currency of the contract, no partner of the firm shall be permitted to withdraw from
partnership business and in such an event it shall be treated as breach of trust and abandonment
of the contract.
Note: The tenderer(s) is required to quote his/theie rate/offer without discount/rebates.The
Rates/offer containing the discounts over the above offer will be “ summarily be rejected”.
