Projects : B.01.04 Civil Works – Offshore production platform and facilities Scope of Services: The scope of services in general shall include but not be limited to provision of engineering, procurement, fabrication/construction, onshore pre-commissioning, load out, sea transportation, installation, hook-up, offshore pre-commissioning as well as commissioning and start up assistance for an offshore Wellhead Platform facility (WHP). The WHP components consist of a jacket structure, topsides, and piles. The scope of services shall be provided as part of the Ande Ande Lumut field development project located in Northwest Natuna PSC working area, offshore Northwest Natuna, Indonesia. Tender Procedure: The tender procedure will be in accordance with Work Procedure Guidelines on Supply Chain Management for Cooperation Contract Contractors No.007-REVISION-II/PTK/I/2011.
