1. Online open tenders in Single bid system is invited for the below mentioned works from
established, experienced and reliable firms/contractors/Joint Venture/Consortium firms registered
or have worked with Railway/CPWD/MES/PWD/Other Government organizations, only through
e-tendering mode.
2. The Tender document can only be downloaded from the website (www.tenderwizard.com/CCIL)
and the intending bidders should submit the tender documents sale price of `2000/- (inclusive of
all taxes and duties) through e-payment at the time of making online request.
3. Complete tender papers duly accompanied with receipt of e-payment of EMD shall be received
online as per date and time mentioned below and tender shall be opened in presence of bidders or
their authorized representatives.

during tender sale period. However, the intending bidders should pay the tender document
sale price of ` 2000/- through e-payment at the time of making online request.

Any downloading from the website is at the sole risk & responsibility of the user after paying
the tender sale price and tender processing fee.

EMD to be paid through e-payment and the receipt of the same should be scanned and
uploaded along with bid submission in the e-tendering website www.tenderwizard.com/CCIL.
Tender in physical mode shall not be entertained.
7.
To participate in the E-Bid submission, it is mandatory for the bidders to have user ID &
password which has to be obtained by submitting an annual registration charges of ` 2000/+Service tax @ 12.36% to ITI through e-payment. Bidders have to pay the tender processing
fee to ITI through e-payment at the time of submission/download of tender document.
8.
The e-payment of tender document purchase cost, Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) and tender
processing fee shall be paid through payment Gateway of CONCOR in e-tendering Portal at
www.tenderwizard.com/CCIL).
9.
In CONCOR/ CPP website only short notice of Corrigendum/Addendum to this Tender if any,
will be published.
However, detailed corrigendum will be published on
www.tenderwizard.com/CCIL.
10.
CONCOR reserves the right to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason
thereof.
