How to Pair: Strava Cycling (iOS 7) Launch the Strava Cycling application, and select “More” in the bottom field. From “More”, select “Settings”. From “Settings”, select “External Devices”. From “Devices”, under the “Manage Sensors” heading, select “Heart Rate”. Note that your Alpha must be in Exercise Mode to be recognized.
