Appellant through his RTI application dt12.3.2014 sought information with respect to the reason for not supplying water through pipe lines to B1 Block , when will be the water supply restore. 2. CPIO gave detail reply on 11.4.2014. 3. Being unsatisfied with the CPIO reply, the appellant made first appeal on 30.4.2014. 4. FAA vide his order dated 29.5.2014, directed the PIO to provide the information with respect to supply of water from CT2, Dwarka WTP 5. On non compliance of FAA order, the appellant has approached the Commission in second Appeal. DECISION The appellant filed RTI application dated 12.03.2014. The respondent authority says as there are difficulties in supplying the piped water to BlockI, hence, they are sending water tankers. The Commission directs the respondent authority to inform the appellant about supply of water tankers regarding two points i.e. from Khyala from 1991 to 2003, from Najafgarh from 2003 to 2005 and timings of water supplied. The Commission directs the PIO of respondent authority to consider every RTI application for supply of water as a grievance and try to redress the grievance on priority, and if for any reason water cannot be supplied, the information about the alternative measures shall be furnished as soon as possible, maximum within 48 hours. The Commission observes that the entire Delhi Jal Board is supposed to work for providing water, the information of which is expected to be known to the general public. (M.
