The Appellant through his RTI application dated 15.05.2013 sought to know why wrong data was sent to the office of Deputy commissioner of Police (Traffic HQ) on 04.01.2013 stating that his vehicle was not fixed with HSRP. PIO replied on 13.06.2013 stating that no CIC/SA/A/2014/000674 Page 1 data as stated by the appellant had been sent to the office of DC (Police). Being unsatisfied with the reply of the PIO, the appellant had filed First Appeal. Claiming non satosfactopm with the information furnished, the appellant has approached the Commission in Second Appeal. DECISION 3. Both parties made their submissions. The Commisison having heard the submissions by both the parties and having perused the file, finds that the respondent authority furnished the desired information to the appellant stating that they had not sent any data to the Delhi Police; it is for the appellant to seek remedy for his grievance at an appropriate forum and the Commisison is not the right forum for raising his grieance.
