Appellant through his RTI application dated 05.12.2013 had sought for information on 4 Points viz i) when was the road in Gatoli diary farm from Aggarwal Sweets to Ashirwad Apartments was handed over to PWD ii) For the maintainence of the road, how many times tender was given by PWD iii) As per the Offical records, what is the breadth of the road and CIC/SA/A/2014/000863 Page 1 in reality what is its breadth, etc. PIO replied on 20.12.2013 stating that the information sought was not available in the record. Being unsatisfied with the information furnished, the appellant field First Appeal. Claiming nonsatisfaction with the information furnished, the appellant has approached the Commission in Second Appeal. DECISION 3. The appellant is not present. The Public Authority made their submissions. The respondent authority has shown to the Commission, the information despatched to the appellant, but returned back by the Postal Department, saying the addressee not available. The Commission advised the respondent authority to despatch again to the appellant or call him on the phone and deliver the same within 15 days from the date of receipt of this order.
