The Appellant through his RTI application dated 20.01.2014 had sought to know the details of the Officers who had inspected the report of DAV Public School dated 18.10.2012 i.e their name, designation , Mobile No., sanction taken and all the reports prepared by the CIC/SA/A/2014/000544 Page 1 department including discrepancy report on the reply dated 17.06.2013 sent by DAVPS to the department, reply received form Deputy CAG on the department request dated 06.12.2013 for auditing of records of DAVPS, etc. 3. PIO replied on 21.02.2014 giving pointwise reply to the appellant. 4. Being unsatisfied with the information furnished, the appellant preferred First Appeal. 5. FAA by his Order dated 19.03.2014 upheld the information furnished by the PIO. 6. Claiming nonsatisfaction with the information furnished, the appellant has approached the Commission in Second Appeal. DECISION 7. The appellant is not present. The respondent authority made their submissions. The respondent authority submitted that it is a repeated RTI application of the appellant and already answered, which they have shown to the Commission. In view of this, the Commission directs the respondent authority to draft a comprehensive answer to all the appellant’s RTI applications avoiding the repetitions, put it on the Web site and reply to the appellant to refer to the website.
