The Management has remitted its contribution on 28/12/2011 a sum of Rs. 810/- towards the arrears due for the period from 01/06/1977 to 30/09/1985 under EPF A/c No. TN/VLR/8213/B/151 and challan was already submitted in your office. 4. Why it was not called from the employer to furnish Form 3A(R)/6A(R) from 6/77 to 9/85 and the break in service details inspite of letter sent to your office on 12/01/2012 and let me know about what kind of action taken on the above letter sent on behalf of me by The NAA Dt. Beedi & Bundle Packing Labour’s Welfare Union, Vellore? 5. I draw your kind attention that if the above mentioned period is included and in the case remitting the withdrawal benefit amount along with interest, the period will exceed to and above 18 years. 6. How much refund amount including interest to be remitted for getting monthly member pension and the same may be intimated to me? 7. Arrears due for the period from 01/06/1977 to 30/09/1985 under EPF A/c No. TN/VLR/8213/B/151 was already paid by the Management and challan was already submitted in your office. I would like to submit that I am ready and willing to refund the withdrawal benefit amount along with interest for the purpose of getting monthly Member Pension from your office. 8. Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing: The following were present Appellant: Mr. Syed Mohideen through VC Respondent: Mr. C Vetrichelvan CPIO’s representative through VC The appellant stated that he is pleading for his pension and informed that the establishment has filed his form 3A & 6A returns on 04/09/2014. The CPIO’s representative stated that the establishment is a defaulter and is agitating before the EPF Tribunal; however, he will go through the records and provide the available information regarding the appellant’s eligibility for pension. Decision notice: The CPIO is directed to go through the records and provide the available information regarding the appellant’s eligibility for pension within 20 days from the date of receipt of this order.
