St Columba news sheet - The Parish of Holy Trinity with St. Columba

Ideopathic Intracraneal Hypertension (IIH) Open Day Tricia and Mike King send a heartfelt thank you to all who, by supporting Julie’s recent IIH Open Day, contributed to raising an incredible £530 for the IIH Charity. Tools for Self Reliance TFSR. A collection of tradesman tools, haberdashery and Singer sewing machines is being made this month and in August for TFSR. Full details are posted on the Church notice board and a bin is at the back of Church for items. For further details or collection of heavy items contact Maurice on 01329‐288916 or Nigel on 01329‐237349. This is your chance to help others and off load all those unused tools in the shed and all the dress material you are never really going to use. Men's Ministry - Keith Wickert is exploring whether men’s groups would be of value in our Parish. Groups in other Churches encompass a wide range of activities including Community Projects, Breakfast talks, Dad's and Children's play time, and often attract those on the fringes of Church life. Stephen Girling, who heads up this work in the Deanery, is willing to come and talk to us about the different possibilities so if you are interested please email Keith at [email protected]. News Sheet – Please send any items for the news sheet to the parish office. The deadline for items is Wednesdays at 10am. If you need a priest, contact Revd Ruth on 01329 842300 or 07738 858909 (day off, Monday). Parish Office details: Address: Holy Trinity Church, West Street, Fareham. PO16 0EL.
