University City Charlie Beck Invitational Saturday, April 4th, 2015 Entry Deadline: Entries are due no later than Wednesday, April 1st at 5:00 p.m. Online Entry Form Coaches: Please enter ALL athletes as “Varsity” on your roster for their division. Enter your athletes into the meet using the appropriate JV or Varsity meet link. Coaches can manage their entries until Friday, April 3rd at 9:00 am. Scratches/Changes Entry Fee: $175/team, $350 for both boys and girls payable to University City Athletics. Please send payment prior to the meet. Facilities: All-weather 8 lane track, long and triple jump, and pole vault. Please, ¼ in. spikes only on these surfaces. Shot put is also in the main stadium. Discus will be contested on Jackson Park field across the street from the stadium. No food or drink on the track, please. Awards: Medals to top three individuals in each event. Trophies awarded to the top three teams. Coaches Meeting: 8:15am in the hospitality room. Events will begin at 9:00am. Hospitality Room: Located in the cafeteria.
