Opening Date: Immediately
ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN January 30th or late fees will apply. Entries must
be in writing and accompanied by a check to be scheduled. If your entry is not received by the
closing date you may not be scheduled. Enter early to be assured of a place. If show is over
subscribed, entries will be scheduled according to post mark.
A current negative Coggins test must accompany your entry.

SEDA RECOGNIZED
ATTIRE: Casual and tidy with hard soled shoes. Helmet required when mounted.
SCHOOLING: Available Friday. A grounds fee of $25.00 will be assessed if not stabling.
NON-SHOWING HORSE: $10.00
DOGS: If you bring them, they must be of a pleasant nature and please ensure they are leashed.
STABLING: Overnight $30.00 (per night) TACK STALL: $30/night
SHAVINGS: $.8.50 per bag
GROUNDS FEE: $25.00 per day (if not stabled)
CAMPER SPACE: $15.00 per day
CLASS FEES: $30 per class. LATE ENTRIES $35/CLASS IF THERE IS ROOM IN SCHEDULE
PRIZES: Ribbons 1st through 6th place plus Champion and Reserve for Introductory through First Level and
Second Level & above. For Championship ribbon to be awarded, there must be a minimum of 3 people in the
class.

This show is Saturday only. If there are more entries than judge's available time, Amy Connor will be
substitute judge for late afternoon small arena classes..
This show is SEDA-recognized. Recognition means only that points/scores earned by event
participants may be submitted for the SEDA Year-End Awards. Copies of scores from this show must be
mailed to the appropriate chairperson within 14 days of the show date for scores to be included in the
SEDA Year-End Awards program.

Dress: Casual but neat attire with dress or paddock boots/half chaps, breeches.
ASTM hard hats required when mounted. Use of a protective vest strongly
suggested for stadium jumping. Medical armband recommended for jumping

DRESSAGE WILL TAKE PLACE ON SATURDAY AFTERNOON, JUMPING WILL BE ON SUNDAY
Tests: Pre- Amoeba – Intro A; Amoeba – Intro B; Tadpole – Intro C
Pollywog – Beginner Novice A; BN - Beginner Novice Test B; N – Novice Test A
T – Training Test A; P – Preliminary Test A
Jump Heights: Pre-Amoeba – 12-18” - crossrails & simple changes of direction
Amoeba - 18 inches –crossrails & simple changes of direction
Tadpole - 24 inches (2 ft) – will include small verticals
Pollywog - 2’3” – includes verticals and gates
BN - .79 m (2’7 ft)
Novice - .9 m (2’11 ft)
Training - 1 m (3’3 ft)
Preliminary - 1.10 m (3’7 ft)
Rings: Competition rings and warm up -all weather surface of limestone and sand.
Standing martingales are not allowed. Running martingales only to be worn.
Refunds: NO refunds after the closing date. No exceptions!
Late entries: $25 late fee charge for entries received after closing date! Names
will be added to a waiting list for consideration. Incomplete entries will be noted.
Numbers/packets will not be distributed without completed entry forms and
checks/coggins received by secretary.
All dressage will take place on Saturday February 7th, following the schooling
dressage show if judge's time and available light allow. If judge's available time is
exceeded, Amy Connor will be substituted as dressage judge.
