This is a condition of entry, and entry will not be accepted without a Jump Judge. Must be over 18 yrs and not competing. Please enter in the Volunteer’s section. Competitors & Spectators attend at their own risk. Event is run under Eventing NZ rules, see Annex 5 for Pony Club rules. No callers for dressage, except Class 12. The rider must be a paid up member of a Pony Club or have read, filled in and understood the term’s and conditions of the NZPCA casual membership form and declaration. Declaration at Online Entries covers this. The organising committee reserve the right to alter conditions, schedule and timetable. Classes may be split or combined subject to entries. All times will be approximate. No Camping at Event, limited camping at Pony Club Grounds, Walton. FIFS. Please nominate which Club you belong to for WAPC Leaderboard, in special requests. No Refunds/scratching without vet/doctors certificate. No refund on Admin fee/Equestrian Entries fee’s. Adults can ride in Class 8 H/C (non competitive). Class 12 Intro “Give it Ago” can be on lead rein, dressage, obstacle course. Bit rules apply for dressage. Class 11 must have medical armbands. Late payments may incur the late fee if money is not in the bank 1 day after entries close. Unpaid entries will not be put in the draw until payment is received, or waitlisted if Event is full.  .Coffee, Sausage Sizzle, cold drinks available.  Schooling Evening: 4 March 4pm till 7 pm $20 per horse
