Turn left at the stop sign and proceed to the security check-point

From the South Bay:
Take 280 or 101 North
Take 280 North (port of SF)
Exit Cesar Chavez (Army) Street, East (right turn)
Make a right onto Third Street
Make a left onto Evans Street (Evans turns into Innes Street)
Travel east on Evans/Innes for approximately 1.5 mi.
US Naval base is located at the end of Innes Street
Turn left at stop sign and proceed to security check-point

Proceed to stop sign and take hard right (Fisher St.) See sign “SFPD
Building 606”
Continue on Fisher (changes to Spear at stop) go soft right to first St.
turn left
Proceed to end, which is Manseau Street and turn left.
Building 606 is at the next intersection on the right.
Park anywhere around building, but do not block roll-up doors.
