Companies that can render the above mentioned service, with the acceptable profiles/credentials, which adhere to the pre-qualification standards as specified below, will be formally invited to participate in a tender process. Company profiles must include the following:  As per attached Scope of work, submit proposals  Registration as construction company  Company history • Current clientele (description of the current largest active contract). • Company organogram • Procedure /criteria for employing sub contractors • Documented Health & Safety plan • Details of personnel, HSEC systems and record, assets, systems, etc • Company HSEC organogram with basic legal appointments for Occupational Health and Safety Act or the Mine Health and Safety Act • Company’s HSEC execution method statement • Company’s HSEC baseline risk assessments and identification program • Proof that the company has an effective communication policy/mechanism in place • Indication that the company has the necessary competencies and resources • Provide proof of the Safety Officers qualifications and expertise • Description of the company’s shareholding structure and BEE status (certificate from SANAS accredited verification agency). • Details regarding litigation pending between the Contractor and existing Clients • ISO accreditation 18001 and / or 9002 and / or 14001 If the company does not comply with all or any of the above requirements, please clearly indicate how the above requirements will be met.
