SBBC: DD-110 Job Progression Career Path The Minority/Women Business Enterprise Specialist I, II and III jobs are designated as one job for the purpose of job progression when an employee has achieved an evaluation indicating that his/her job performance has met or exceeded the expectations of the job, at the discretion of the Coordinator, Supplier Diversity & Outreach Program and approval of the Director, Procurement & Warehousing Services. NOTE: New employees will be placed depending on experience. Employee must be on each level of the job progression for a minimum of one (1) year in order to advance to the next level.
