| Poultry component reverse engineering Engineering critical components for a leading edge Customer Profile A multi-million USD company and one of the world's largest manufacturers of steel farm bins, commercial storage grain bins, grain handling equipment and grain dryers. Problem Statement  Non availability of manufacturing prints for supplier components like Fan Props, Housing Units and Feeder Cups.  Improvisation and enhancements from existing design of such components is unworkable.  Components necessitate design corrections, tolerance analysis and assembly interference checks but 3D models for those supplier parts are not available.  Unable to find an alternate supplier for manufacturing improvised version of those components without the CAD data/information.  Manual measurement of complex components like Fan Props & Feeder cups consume more time and accuracy of output from physical measurement is not reliable. Solutions  Caresoft onsite engineers qualified the scope and requirements with the customer for reverse engineering the components.
