Physicals may be done by your family physician or at the Red Mountain Sports Medicine Clinic that was held on March 29th. Once your physical is on file you don’t have to worry about bringing it to camp. Questions regarding physicals need to be directed to position coaches. All participants must be covered by their own personal insurance policies. It is understood that Coach Wiz Athletics, Payson Parks and Recreation, PUSD, and all its affiliates are released from any and all claims, demands, and cause of action whatsoever in any way growing out of, or resulting from, participation in, or in transit to and from the Summer Football Camp and Facilities.
