The Payson High School campus features two gymnasiums for lodging, 2
grass practice fields, and a weight room
facility. Access to Rumsey Park (within
walking distance) has 4 available Field
Turf fields for camp, including one field
formerly used by ASU as part of their
summer camp.

High Altitude Summer Camp
This Team Camp will focus
on preparation for the
upcoming season. Teams will be coached by
the Lions’ Varsity, JV and Freshmen staff.

Daily workouts designed by the coaches
and tailored to each team.

Nightly 7 on 7 and Big Man
Competitions
Campers will stay in 1 of the 2 gymnasiums
on the Payson High School Campus. And
receive 3 meals per day.

Athletes must have an up-to-date (20142015) AIA physical to participate in camp.
Physicals may be done by your family physician or at the Red Mountain Sports Medicine
Clinic that was held on March 29th. Once
your physical is on file you don’t have to
worry about bringing it to camp. Questions
regarding physicals need to be directed to
position coaches.
All participants must be covered by their
own personal insurance policies. It is understood that Coach Wiz Athletics, Payson
Parks and Recreation, PUSD, and all its affiliates are released from any and all claims, demands, and cause of action whatsoever in any
way growing out of, or resulting from, participation in, or in transit to and from the Summer Football Camp and Facilities.

An Athletic Trainer will be available and water will be
supplied, but participants encouraged to bring their
own water bottles or jugs. The available
water will mostly be from the tap or from
a hose. If you have a strong preference to
drink water from a bottle, you may want
to bring a case of bottled water with you.
