The sheet shall have a total coating thickness of 35 microns, superdurable polyester paint system of 20 microns on exposed surface and 5 micron reverse polyester coat on back surface over 5 micron primer coat on both surfaces. The paint system shall have stable in organic pigments for color durability. Special Conditions The entire work shall have to be executed in all respects in professional manner by following the standards, procedures applicable to such type of the work in exhaustive manner & shall include to that extent to fulfill the performance of the contract in all aspects & manners. 1. The contractor shall engage the experienced staff to supervise the work in consultation of RCF’s Engineer. 2. No separate payment for any scaffolding / safety equipment / ladders etc. will be made by RCF for this work. 3. Scaffolding as and when required should be H Frames or steel pipe scaffolding. Making holes inside walls of building for support of scaffolding shall not be permitted. 4. The contractor shall obtain Entry/Exit gate passes as in force in the prescribed forms for his work men, materials brought out for the work & return of the materials, vehicles etc. as applicable. All such copies shall be preserved & maintained by the contractor & produced the same to the Engineer. The receipt copies of consumable materials brought by the contractor in the work shall be handed over to Engineer. The contractor shall follow the safety & security norms as instructed by the Engineer. 5. Contractor has to maintain daily report for the different work fronts for the materials consumed on day to day basis and should get inspected the material brought on site by the Engineer In Charge and keep its record. 6. The detail description of items should be followed as per BMC FMRS for Building Work 2009 as the base rates are mostly from this schedule. 7. Safety net shall be used while working at heights. (B. K.
